Dump that sandbox
|
There was never a need for us to go to Iraq and there is no need for us to stay. I say we dump that giant sandbox and leave it to rot before more of our boys get killed.
Iraqis are lining up to fight us left and right, there is no shortage of recruits on their side, but on our side, recruitment is down. We can simply never win, the longer we stay, the worse it is when we leave. Sure, there will be some bad stuff happening, but we tried to help Iraq and they have basically spit in our face, so now it is time to throw our hands up in the air and leave.
Who cares if there is civil war, the people in the Middle East don't care, that crap happens all the time there. We need to abandon our bleeding hearts and look at the facts, this is a different culture where violence and bloodshed are perfectly acceptable, therefore they will continue to do battle with us until we leave completely. The majority of Iraqis are itching to jump into some faction for a civil war, they care nil for peace.

There WAS a reason to go to Iraq. The reason was to get rid of an evil dictator who was killing inocent thouasands of his own people a day and the fact that their are millions of people getting killed around the world a day, not just in Iraq is not a suitable enough of an argument to me. I KNOW there are millions of people who get killed every single day. It happens on the streets of the ghetto right here in America, people get shot for no reason and I KNOW there are a list of other dictators around the globe who send inocent men, women, and children to death everyday, but I don't look at it like that. It isn't like that in MY mind. In my mind I'm thinking " well, atleast we can go over there and stop the killing of some of those people in the world, it dosn't prevent the killing of every single person on this planet, but having the police in America dosn't stop all of America's crime either but atleast we get rid of some of it.
