Historical, yes. Accurate, not necessarily.
While the Bible is a piece of Historical Literature to take its events as facts is sheer lunacy. It was written by deep followers who, at the time simply did not have the medical, or scientific intelligence we have today. Who is to say that Lazarus wasn't simply in a coma, or all of his excorcisms weren't simply epilieptic seizures. While it is true the Bible presents actual events in History with shocking accuracy, there are simply too many opinions disguised as facts to take it with sincerity. For example, while it is true that there was a Jewish exodus from Egypt is there honest proof that Moses parted the waters? But back to the question at hand. The answer is that it is too vague to tell. The 'miracles' presented can all be performed today in one way or another and we would not call them miracles. We can walk on water with special shoes, we can revive someone who is dead with a defribillator. The Bible is simply too vague a source to state that Jesus is the Christ.

What is most reasonable to believe?
The question is not whether there is absolute proof to be found in the Bible that Jesus is Christ. The real question we should be asking is whether or not it is reasonable to believe that Jesus is the Christ. If I am not mistaken, St. Augustine once said something like "were it not for the Church, I would not believe the Gospels". The survival of the Church itself makes it seem reasonable to read the Gospels as genuine accounts of what Jesus' followers observed. This being established, I must state that a person searching for "the true Christ" (that is, divine salvation) must believe in God and the need for salvation- those who do not believe in God aren't worried about this question. Science believes that nature is governed by intelligible causes. God, for a believer, is the supreme cause of all things. It is therefore reasonable to believe in the possibility of miracles. Does Jesus fulfill the role of divine savior, according to the Gospel? Read them and decide for yourself.
